*It is submitted that Mr. Mukul Kumar, advocate for the petitioner has on 28.10.2016 filed an application for deletion of respondent No. 5 in SLP No. 17527/2016 but the same is defective as the copies of the same is not served on Mr. Viswa Pal Singh, Advocate for the respondents. However the copies of the unregistered application are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
** It is further submitted that Mr. Mukul Kumar , Advocate for the petitioner has on 28.10.2016 also filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of proforma respondents nos. 510 in SLP No. 17530.

It is submitted that there are 11 respondents in this matter. Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of the State (respondent nos. 13) but she has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 411 so far.
Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 411.
The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
