It is submitted that show cause notice to all the three respondents was issued on 05.02.2016. Neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far.

Accordingly, show cause notice to all the 4 respondents in 20415/2016 and to 5 respondents in 20323/2016 has been issued through Mr. Sanjay Kr. Visen, Standing counsel for the State of Haryana but no Vakalatnama and Counter Affidavit has been filed.
