It is submitted that there are four respondents in SLP (C) Nos. 1752417526, 1752829, 1753132, 17535 17536/2016, three respondents in SLP (C) Nos. 17533/2016, two respondents in SLP (C) No. 17534/2016, seven respondents in SLP (C) No. 17527/2016 and there are 10 respondents in SLP (C) No. 17530/2016.

It is further submitted that show cause notice was issued on 04.08.2016 through registered A.D. Post. As per tracking report, notices have been delivered in respect of common Respondent Nos. 1 (State of Haryana), Respondent No. 2 (Land Acquisition Collector) and Respondent No. 3, proforma Respondent Nos. 510 in SLP (C) No. 17530/2015 at Hisar HO and in respect of Respondent No. 4, returned at New Delhi GPO (Copy enclosed).

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the 11 respondents through registered A.D. Post. As per tracking report, notices have been delivered in respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 411 at Hisar and in respect of Respondent No. 3 at Panchkula (Copy enclosed).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
