It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Sanjay Jain, Advocate on 22.11.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 26.03.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 7312 and 2892 of 2011 barred by time by 151 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.27579 of 2014 Entitled Shanti Devi (D) Thro. Her Legal Rep. And Ors. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. arising out of common order was dismissed on 27.10.2014 by Hon'ble Court.(Copy of order dated 27.10.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP(C) No. 34697-34699 of 2014 @ CC Nos. 18890-18892 of 2014 Entitled Santosh And Ors Etc Versus State Of Haryana And Anr. arising out of common order was directed on 08.12.2014 by Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice

category (Copy of order dated 08.12.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 06.12.2014 filed notification dated 10.11.2013 and Award dated 08.11.2005 as per undertaking dated 02.12.2014. Copies of the same are being circulated before Hon'ble Court.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
