Accordingly, show cause notice to all the three respondents was issued on 31.03.2015 through Regd. A.D. AD Cards duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 1 is served by Dasti as per Ld. Registrar Court's Order dated 10.08.2015. But no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.
It is further submitted that Mr. Mukul Kumar, Advocate has on 07.10.2015 filed an application for deletion name of deceased Respondent No. 3 alongwith the application for exemption from filing official translation. Same are registered as I.A. Nos.34 & 5.
Service of show cause notice is complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
The application abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
