UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos.1(ii) and 1(iii) are already on record as respondent nos.2 and 3.

However, Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1(ii) and 1(iii) submits that he want to file an application for discharge in respect of said respondents. He shall do the needful within a period of two weeks as a last chance.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.1(i) and 1(iv). As requested, dasti in addition is permitted.

List again on 01.05.2024.
