Two weeks time, is granted to the petitioner, for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of Lr. of respondent No.1(i) and 1(iv).

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1(ii) and 1(iii) submits that he wants to file an application for discharge in respect of said respondents. He shall do the needful within a period of two weeks.
