The writ petition along with application above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. Sriram P., Advocate on behalf of the petitioner above-named.

It is submitted that W.P.(C) No. 494 of 2012, mentioned in Annexure P-1, was referred to a larger Bench vide order dated 11.08.2015 of this Hon'ble Court (copy of the order dated 11.08.2015 is annexed to the paper books as Annexure P-3 at page nos. 28-36). The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Zoheb Hossain, Advocate has entered caveat in the instant writ petition on behalf of respondent no. 4. A copy of the caveat notice has been issued to the counsel for the petitioner but the counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service after serving copy of the writ petition on the counsel for the caveator so far.

The writ petition along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
