We have gone through the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, the M.J. Petition No.A-1041 of 2010 titled as "Dr. Sunil Devraj Mehra vs. Mrs. Kiran Sunil Mehra" pending before Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is ordered to be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Amritsar, Punjab.

The District Judge is directed either to decide himself or assign it to a competent Court having jurisdiction.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee court is directed to take all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the main matter without unnecessary adjournments.

The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
