UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the Pension Board now states that on further verification, there are 420 respondents who have to receive pension from the EPF Scheme.

Learned counsel for the Pension Board submits that he has already sent e-mails to all the Advocates on Record to give the list of the persons who want to continue with the EPF Scheme. He submits that some

of them have responded and others have not responded. The last date for submission of this list as per the email was 4 p.m. of 6th May, 2022.

We have to put to a closure to the issue and thus, we specify that any of other Advocate on Record who wants to send the list must send the list on or before 4 p.m. on 13.05.2022. No other claims would be entertained after that.

The State Government may proceed on the basis of analysis of those lists and submit a report on the next date.

List for directions on 15.07.2022.
