"Civil Appeal No (s). 6576-6579/2014

The respondent Nos.27, 34 & 69 are reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondents.

Ld. counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.73, 76 & 83 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to them within the same period. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx."

It is submitted that counsel for appellant has not filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 27, 34 & 69 and has also not furnished the fresh address of Respondent Nos. 73, 76 and 83 alongwith copy of pleadings. Therefore notice could not be issued to Respondent Nos. 73, 76 & 83.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is not complete on Respondent Nos. 27, 34, 69, 73, 76, 83 so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
