The served respondents except the ones who have already filed the counter affidavit, shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given.
Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 08.03.2016 of this Court in respect of the unserved respondents. C.A. No. 7965-7968/2014
Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.1 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to him within the same period.
The respondent No.8 is reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said respondent.

Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.37 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
Certificate in respect of the respondent Nos.23 & 24 has been received from the High Court stating therein that they are abroad. Therefore, the Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them in accordance with the rules governing the subject within four weeks
