UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Civil Appeal No. 6576-6579/2014

Ld.counsel for the appellant has failed to comply the order dated 21.01.2016 of this Court in respect of respondent Nos.27, 34, 69, 73, 76 and 83 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

Civil Appeal No.6580-6583/2014

The respondent No.73 is reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the appellant shall file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of the said respondent within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 14,34,44,45,46,54,56,57,64,68,80,84,100 & 102 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of NLPA to them within the same period. C.A. No. 6584-6587/2014
