27, 34, 69, 73, 76, 83 has been received with remarks that Respondent Nos. 27, 34 and 69 have expired and Respondent Nos. 73 & 76 "Retired from Service" and Respondent No. 83 "Transferred to Mavelikkara". Counsel for appellant is required to file application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased Respondent Nos. 27, 34 & 69 and has also not furnished the fresh address of Respondent Nos. 73, 76 and 83 alongwith copy of pleadings so that notice can be issued to Respondent Nos. 73, 76 & 83.

Service of notice of lodgement of petition of appeal is not complete on Respondent Nos. 27, 34, 69, 73, 76, 83 so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
