UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R
- Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement to explore the possibility of mediated settlement.
- In view of the above, we consider it proper to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The parties shall appear before the Mediator nominated by the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 20th September, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
- The Mediator may permit appearance of parties through video conferencing, until and unless the physical presence of the parties is absolutely necessary.
