Being complete matters, place all the matters before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

Service is complete. Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed, in that context, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.
As per postal tracking report notice issued to the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in SLP(C) No. 17793/2015 has been received back with postal remarks " Insufficient Address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
