"Fresh address of respondent Nos. 6-7 be furnished by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued. None appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and 8, despite due service.

List again on 28.02.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioners has not furnished the fresh particulars of unserved Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to them.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 6 & 7 in SLP(C) No. 17793 of 2015.

SLP(C)NOS. 16276-16290 OF 2015

The matters above mentioned were listed alongwith the other connected mattes before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 4th October, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"SLP(C)No. 14324-14325,16276-16278, 16280-16284, 16286-16289 and 17591-17595/2015 Complete category matters. SLP(C) Nos.16279 and 16285/2015 None appears for respondent No.3 in SLP(C) No.16279/2015, despite due service. None appears for respondent No.2 in SLP(C) No.16285/2015, despite due service.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.3, 6 and 7 in SLP(C)No. 16285/2015 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. SLP(C) No.16290/2015

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.3 to 6 within two weeks.

Notice thereafter be issued.

Registry to submit report regarding the status of the remaining respondents in the next office report...."

SLP(C)NOS. 16285 OF 2015

It is submitted that fresh Show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in SLP(C)No. 16285 of 2015 by Registered A.D. Post on 3rd November, 2016. As per track report item has been delivered in respect of both the Respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C)NOS. 16290 OF 2015

It is submitted that fresh Show cause notice was issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 3 to 6 by Registered A.D. Post on 3 rd November, 2016. As per track report item has been delivered in respect of both the said Respondents but no one has entered appearance on behalf of said Respondents so far.Service of notice is incomplete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
