UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

All the three respondents in SLP(C) NO.14324-14325/2015 have filed counter affidavit.

The ld. Counsel for these respondents has mentioned that three of these respondents are common to all the SLPs herein and the counter affidavit already tendered be read for three of them in all the matters herein.

Respondent nos. 4 and 5 in SLP(C) no. 16279/2015 and respondent nos. 4 to 7 in SLP(C) no.16285/2015 and respondent nos. 4 to 6 in SLP(C) no.16290/2015 are yet to be served. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) Nos. 14324-14325, 16287, 16289 of 2015 stand complete in view of the above mention of the ld. Counsel for three of the respondents.

In SLP(C) No.17793-17797/2015, service report of all the eight respondents is still awaited.

In SLP(C) No. 17591-17595/2015, the ld. Counsel for the State has mentioned that the counter affidavit as filed in SLP(C) NO.14324-14325/2015 be read for these petitions as well.
