Heard Mr. S.N. Bhat, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that the learned trial Judge shall dispose of Suit No.189 of 2014 within six months hence. While disposing of the suit, the trial Judge shall not be influenced by any of the observations or findings made by the appellate court while dealing with the application for injunction. The factum of the disposal of the suit shall be intimated to the Registry of this Court.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
