It is submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate on behalf of state of Tamil Nadu has on 23/09/2016 filed Objections to the decision of the Supervisory Committee dated 19/09/2016 in I.A. No. 10 and Mr. V. N. Raghupathy, Advocate has on 23/09/2016 filed Statement of Objection on behalf of State of Karnataka against the decision of the Supervisory Committee in the 7th meeting held on 19/09/2016. Copies of the same have been circulated with this office report. Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate has on 26/09/2016 on behalf of State of Karnataka filed an

application for modification of Court's order dated 20/09/2016 passed in I.A. No.10/2016 in the appeal above mentioned (Regd. I.A. No.15/2016). Copy of the application is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Ms. Aparna Bhat, Advocate has on 19th September, 2016 filed an application for intervention to allow the applicant to intervene in this appeal (Regd.I.A. No.13/2016). Ms. Supreeta Sharanagouda, Advocate has on 24/09/2016 filed an application for intervention to allow the S. Suresh and Ors. are applicants to intervene in this appeal (Regd. I.A. No.14/2016). Copies of the both application have been placed with appeal paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court with this office report.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 25/06/2013 filed Contempt Petition (Civil) alongwith Annexures A to I alongwith Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance in the appeal above mentioned and registered as Contempt Petition (Civil) No. 225 of 2013. Copy of the Contempt Petition has been placed with appeal paper books.

It is lastly submitted that the instant appeal has been tagged with Original Suit No. 3 of 2001 (Main matter of Section III-A.),Civil appeal No. 2453 of 2007 (XIV) and Civil appeal No. 2454/2007 (Section XII) and all matters will be listed before Hon'ble Court on 18/10/2016 vide Court's order dated 22/07/2016, instead of sending Original record a letter dated 22/06/2009 has been received from Cauvery Water Dispute Tribunal, Govt. of India, Ministry of Water resources stating therein that Original record consists of statement of cases, Counter affidavits and rejoinders followed by evidence and final arguments which run into thousands of pages.

The applications in the Civil appeal above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
