1. We are not inclined to transfer the Divorce Petition No. 281 of 2023 titled as Puneet Chaubey vs. Rati Shukla pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patiala House, New Delhi.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-wife states that the respondent-husband is not appearing in Divorce Petition No. 281 of 2023 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

3. We direct that the Trial Court shall fix a particular date for appearance of both the parties and pass final order on the petition for divorce by mutual consent filed under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage act, 1956.

4. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
