Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

Taking note that the petitioner is before this Court against certain interim directions, we see no reason to interfere. However, from the Order dated 05.04.2023, it is pointed out that the Special Civil Application no.13742/2018 is being considered by the High Art and has been listed for consideration on 26.04.2023.

In that view of the matter, we leave open the contentions of the petitioner to be urged therein, and we request the High Court

to consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
