It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Preeti Singh, Advocate on 21.3.2017 against the Judgment and Order dated 9.12.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No.22393/2014 and impugned final order dated 31.1.2017 in RACW352017 in CWP No. 22393/2014 along with the exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order and permission to file additional documents.

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 31.1.2017 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 12 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 9.12.2016. Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP in this regard.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.11032/2005 Entitled Bakshi & Ors. Versus Chandigarh Administration & Ors. Referred to on Annexure P8 was dismissed on 22.8.2005 by the Hon'ble Court.(Copy of order dated 22.8.2005 is annexed as Annexure P8 at page no.52 in the paper books).

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No.8105/2014@ CC 4067/2014 Entitled Chandigarh ADM & Ors. Versus Lavinder Kaur & Ors. Referred to on Annexure P10 was dismissed on 14.3.2014 by the Hon'ble Court.(Copy of order dated 14.3.2014 is annexed as Annexure P10 at page no.56 in the paper books).

It is further submitted that Ms.Preeti Singh, counsel for the petitioner has on 31.3.2017 filed copy of order dated 29.11.2016 and copy of award dated 29.3.2004 as per his undertaking. Copie of the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 10.04.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Be not listed on 13.4.2017."

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
