O R D E R

1. We have gone through the letter received from the Presiding Officer of the Trial Court. It is apparent that despite earnest efforts to conclude the proceedings in a time-bound manner, as directed by this Court, it appears that the parties are not cooperating with the Trial Court.

2. In view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we are inclined to extend the time to conclude the proceedings upto 31.12.2024. Ordered accordingly.

3. However, it is directed that if the counsel for any party/parties do not cooperate with it, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to bring the same to the notice of this Court by a letter. The Trial Court may have this order read out to the learned counsel for the parties.

4. M.A. …...D.No.12750/2024 stands disposed of accordingly.
