1. Shri Gaurav Sharma, leaned senior counsel appearing for the National Medical Commission, fairly, states that the result of the present matter is dependent upon the outcome of the batch of matters (W.P.(C) No. 682 of 2022 alongwith connected matters) which has been kept for final hearing by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 03.04.2025.

2. We find that it will be appropriate that the present matter is also listed alongwith the said matter so that the petitioner can assist the Court.
