The transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of Criminal Case No.8323 of 2022, arising out of FIR No.197 of 2019 under Section 221, 224, 120-B, 222, 204, 223, 225, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 IPC registered with PS Brahmpuri, Meerut pending before the Court of Ld. Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tis Hazari, Delhi, in which the petitioner is one of the accused.

No case is made for transfer of the case.

Accordingly, the transfer petition stands dismissed.
