UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(C) Nos. 12529/2015,12535/2015,12540/2015,12542/2015,12544/2015 12545/2015, 12547 & 12549/2015

The respondent No.1 in SLP(C) Nos.12545, 12547 & 12549/2015 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner in all the matters has not served the copy of the pleadings to the respondent No.2 in spite of last chance granted. Therefore, these matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

Although by order dated 6.10.2015 of this Court, four weeks time as last chance was given to the the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the spare copies of the petition for the service of notice to the unserved respondents, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders and list thereafter.
