SLP(C) NO. 33175-33177 of 2010
As far as these Special Leave Petitions are concerned, the same appear to have been mistakenly filed and are really a duplication of SLP(C)Nos.15283-15285 of 2010. The same are, therefore, treated as withdrawn. I.A.Nos.7-9 of 2011, filed for correction of the cause title in the said Special Leave Petitions is, therefore, misconceived and are also dismissed. This order will not prevent the petitioners from challenging
the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P(C)No.1692 of 1998, dated 10th January, 2008, in accordance with law.
