It is submitted that there are six respondents in the appeal above mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are represented through Mr. D.K. Garg, Advocate. Respondent NO. 4 is represented through Mr. Amit Kumar, Advocate. Respondent No. 5 is represented through Col. Pahlad Singh Sharma, Advocate. Respondent No. 6 is served through registered A.D. but he has not chosen to enter appearance so far.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5658 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are seven respondents in the appeal above mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are represented through Mr. Rajiv Nanda, Advocate. Respondent NO. 4 is represented through Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate. Respondent No. 5 is represented through Col. Pahlad Singh Sharma, Advocate. Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 are served through registered A.D. but they have not chosen to enter appearance so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties have not filed statement of cases so far in both the matters despite this Registry's letter dated 3.9.2014.

Service is complete in both the matters.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the ld. Registrar's Court for pre-final hearing.
