Counter Affidavit be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder Affidavit, if any, be filed within one week thereafter."

It is submitted that Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Singh, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of University Grant Commission in all the matters but the copy of the same has not been served on counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the State of Rajasthan. Copy of counter affidavit has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that Rejoinder affidavit has not been filed in any of the matter so far.
