UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 5.5.2015 while issuing notice, stayed the operation of the impugned order passed by the High Court.

Having regard to that order, we are of the view that the students shall be allowed to appear in the examination, but their result shall not be published till the disposal of these matters.
