UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In these applications, the prayer made is for permission to participate in the examination starting from 4th August, 2016 as per the notification dated 22nd June, 2016.
The students of the applicant-college may be permitted to participate in the examination, but the result of the examination will be declared provisionally and admission, if any, for the next semester shall also be provisional.
This direction is, of course, subject to the final decision of this Court in the appeals.
