UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Two weeks' time is finally granted to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to take steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.40 and to cure the defects in the application for substituted service in respect of unserved respondents, failing which the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed in respect of legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.40 as also the unserved Respondents for whom the application for substituted service is filed, without further reference to the Court.

Within the said two weeks' time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also directed to cure the defects in the application for substitution in respect of deceased petitioner which is in vernacular language. Signature Not Verified
