UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent nos. 1, 2, 4-15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 30, 31, 43-45, 51, 57, 65, 66, 73 and 75-78 have not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted. As such, further opportunity is declined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed away. As such, he seeks time for taking appropriate steps for substitution. Be taken within three weeks time.
