UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In is seen that in some of the cases service remains incomplete. It is submitted by both sides that some of the unserved respondents are appearing through counsel in the connected cases either as petitioner or as respondents. If that be so, Ld.counsel for the petitioner in each of the case is permitted to serve dasti notice of such unserved respondents on the counsel who is appearing in the connected case. If unserved respondent is not appearing through counsel dasti may be served on the concerned respondents. The served respondents may file their vakalatnama and counter affidavit within four weeks from the date of service. Take steps within two weeks. Issue dasti at the earliest.
