The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 has already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos.3 & 4 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.5, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has filed the proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent No.1. Office shall verify the position and report accordingly.
