UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent No.1 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Assam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the Magnetic in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the $\frac{1}{2}$ 12:14:6¹⁵ spondent No.5.

Respondent No.2 has already filed the counter affidavit as gets revealed from the perusal of the office report.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks whereafter no further extension shall be given.
