01.09.2023 passed by this Court in T.P. (Civil) Nos. 55-69/2023 (M/s Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation Ltd. vs. Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation Limited & Ors. Etc.) is not applicable and that all the writ petitions should be heard by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

Issue notice, returnable in four weeks after reopening of this Court post summer vacation.
