It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, the connected matters to be listed alongwith W.P.(C) No. 202 of 1995.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 35559 of 2013

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, there are 42 respondents. Respondent No. 1 is appeared in person and he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent No. 3 is represented by Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate and he has already filed counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 7 to 42 have been deleted vide this Court's order dated 11th November, 2013. Cause title has been amended and included in the paper books. In respect of Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to 6, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are common respondent and they have been served in SLP(C) No. 21477 of 2011.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 35644 of 2013

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh for effecting service on all the five respondents so far.

Service is incomplete.

SLP(C) Nos. 37332 of 2013

It is submitted that there are 42 respondents. Respondent No. 1 is appeared in person and he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 7 to 42 have been deleted vide this Court's order dated 7th March, 2014. Cause title has been amended and included in the paper books. Respondent Nos. 2 to 6, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notices have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are common respondent and they have been served in SLP(C) No. 21477 of 2011.

Service is complete.
