The matters above mentioned were listed alongwith other connected matters before the Registrar Court on 09.03.2017 with an office report dated 08.03.2017, when the following order was passed:

"SLP(C) No. 7827,7829,7830,7831,7832,7834,7835,7836,7837 and 7838/2016 No notice is directed to be issued. SLP(C) No. 11258/2016 Opportunity to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. None appears for respondent Nos.4, 5, 7 and 8, despite due service. Spare copy alongwith complete address of respondent No.6 be furnished within two weeks' time and notice thereafter be issued. SLP(C) No. 11260/2016 Opportunity to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to file counter affidavit has already been declined. None appears for respondent Nos.4, 5 and 7, despite due service. Spare copy alongwith complete address of respondent No.6 be furnished within two weeks' time and notice thereafter be issued. List again on 11.4.2017."

SLP Nos. 7827, 7829, 7830, 7831, 7832, 7834, 7835, 7836, 7837 & 7838 of 2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.03.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard. Permission to file the special leave petition is granted. Delay condoned. Tag along SLP(C) No.5784 of 2016. Pending further orders from this Court, the recovery of excess amount received by the petitioners shall remain stayed."

It is submitted that Hon'ble Court has never directed to issue notice in the above said SLPs

It is further submitted that no further documents have been filed after above quoted order by any of the parties.

SLP No. 11258/16

There are total 8 respondents.

It is submitted that further opportunity to file counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-3 have been declined vide order dated 07.02.2017. No. one has entered appearance on behalf of duly served Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh address of unserved Respondent No. 6 nor spare copy to issue notice to respondent No. 6. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

Service not complete on respondent no. 6.

SLP No. 11260/16

There are total 7 respondents.

It is submitted that further opportunity to file counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1-3 have been declined vide order dated 07.02.2017. No. one entered appearance on behalf of duly served Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7. Counsel for the petitioner has neither filed fresh address of unserved Respondent No. 6 nor spare copy to issue notice to respondent No. 6. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

Service not complete on respondent no. 6.

SLP Nos. 8564, 8568 & 8569 of 2016

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 08.03.2017 with office report dated 04.02.2017, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Heard.

Two weeks' time is granted to the petitioners for doing the needful in terms of Office Report dated 4th February, 2017, failing which the special leave petitions shall stand dismissed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to common Respondent No. 4 in all the SLPs on 27.03.2017 through registered AD Post. As per India Post track report notice has been delivered to common Respondent No. 4 in all the SLPs but no one has entered appearance on her behalf.

Service of show cause notice is complete in all the SLPs.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
