UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice to respondent nos. 1 and 2 only in the first instance. In the meantime, any action taken by the competent authority in relation to constitution of Municipal Corporation comprising of scheduled areas shall remain subject to the final outcome of this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file amended petition incorporating certain additional grounds and making certain additional prayers regarding improvement

in the condition of the tribals inhabiting the schedule areas and denial of the fundamental rights granted to them under the Constitution. He is permitted to do so. Amended petition may be filed within two weeks.

Notice shall be issued only after the amended petition is filed.
