Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellants and learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent no.1.
In the year 2021, the charge-sheet has been filed. There are no antecedents of the appellants.
In view of this position, at this stage it is not necessary for us to go into the question whether condition of deposit of adequate amount can be imposed on the appellants.
Accordingly, the interim orders dated 24<sup>th</sup> April, 2023 passed in S.L.P. (Criminal) No. 4638 of 2023 and dated $28<sup>th</sup>$ April, 2023 passed in S.L.P. (Criminal) No. 5479 of 2023, are made absolute, subject to condition that the appellants shall always remain present before the Trial Court on the dates fixed and shall perate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the In case it is found that the trial is delayed on account of $\mathbf{C}^{\text{10:08}}_{\text{max}}$
the non-cooperation by the appellants, it will be open for the respondents to apply for cancellation of bail.
The Appeals are accordingly allowed.

(Criminal) No. 5479 of 2023, are made absolute, subject to condition that the appellants shall always remain present before the Trial Court on the dates fixed and shall cooperate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case. In case it is found that the trial is delayed on account of the non-cooperation by the appellants, it will be open for the respondents to apply for cancellation of bail.
