UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In SLP(C)No.38074-38076/2012 respondent No.1 alone remains to be served. However, the above respondent has filed Vakalatnama in the other cases through Mr. Yogesh Kanna, advocate. Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner herein seeks service of notice on respondent No.1 on the above counsel. Permitted. Serve notice and file proof. Respondent No. 1 may file counter affidavit within four weeks thereafter.
Service is incomplete in SLP(C)No.38085-88/2012 and 38079/2012. It is submitted that respondent No.2 in SLP(C)No.38085-88/2012 is common respondent who has been served in other connected cases. Office to verify whether respondent in the above case has been served in any other connected case so that service can be deemed as complete.
In SLP(C)No.38079/2012 respondent No.3 appears to be served. Office to verify whether respondent No.3 is common in other cases so that service can be deemed complete against respondent No.3 also. All the served respondents are granted four weeks time as a last chance for filing counter affidavit.
