Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners invited our attention to pages E-G in the list of dates and particularly to the proceedings set out therein. He also invited our attention to pages 192 and 200 of the paper book to submit that the orders passed by the High Court on 28.05.2015 in connected matters were affirmed by this Court as a result of which those petitioners (retirees as well as in service candidates) are entitled not only to notional benefits but also other benefits.
