The I. A. Nos. 9 (i.e. Application for directions filed by Ms. Manju Sharma, Advocate) with I. A. No. 11 in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05th July, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"I.A.No.9/2016 :

After this application was filed, a sum of Rs.2 Crores (Rupees Two Crores only) had been returned to the applicant under order dated 27th March, 2015.

A further sum of Rs.1 Crore (Rupees One Crore only) shall be paid to the applicant by the Respondent-Bank, within a period of two weeks from today and the amount so paid shall be debited to the account of the principal debtor.

For further orders, this application be notified after 8 weeks.

I.A.Nos.11 and 12 of 2016 :

Application for impleadment is allowed.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. Order dated 9th February, 2016, passed by the High Court of Bombay in Writ Petition No.7779/2014, is modified to the effect that it would be open to the High Court to decide all the issues referred to in the said order.

I.A.Nos.11 and 12 stand disposed of with the above directions."

And lastly, I. A. No. 9 (Application for directions) in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th September, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Post the matter next week before the Bench presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil R. Dave."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid order of 05.07.2016, the respondentBank has not filed proof of payment of Rs. 2 Crores (Rupees Two Crores only) to the applicant so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Krishan Kumar, Advocate has on 21.09.2016 filed additional affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 5 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

Service of notice is complete in the SLP.

The applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
