O R D E R

By order dated 09.03.2015, we had directed the petitioners to get a buyer of the property in question and be ready with a Demand Draft for Rs. 5 crores, as according to

the learned counsel for the petitioners, the value of the property is more than 150 crores, but the learned counsel has failed to get any buyer.

However, as a last opportunity, hearing is adjourned to 23.03.2015 to enable the petitioners to get a buyer of the property and the proposed buyer shall be ready with a Demand Draft of Rs. 5 crores.

As ordered on 09.03.2015, two Demand Drafts for Rs. 14 Lakhs and Rs. 11 Lakhs, totalling Rs. 25 Lakhs, have been handed over by the learned counsel for the petitioners to the creditor-Bank in the Court today.
