UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the Signature Not Verified petitioners that the property, which has been sold by the Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2015.03.11 17:07:27 IST creditor-Bank, is worth Rs. 150 crores and yet the property Reason: has been sold at the auction for Rs. 33.75 crores.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners will manage to get a buyer, who is prepared to offer at least Rs.50 crores for the said property and the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 25 Lakhs with

the creditor-Bank to show the bonafides of the petitioners on or before 20.03.2015.
List on 20.03.2015.
It is clarified that if no buyer is brought by the petitioner before the next date of hearing, the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed and the amount so deposited, shall be forfeited.
On the next date of hearing, the buyer, who is ready to purchase the property, shall be ready with a Demand Draft for Rs. 5 crores in favour of the creditor-Bank.
