UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

  1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that the High Court has $2.$ already directed the trial court to conclude the conclusion of prosecution evidence expeditiously, coupled with the fact that out of 17 witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined, we are not Signature Not Verified final ined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High $\begin{array}{lll}\n\stackrel{11.55.23}{\text{NS}} & \text{C} & \text{curl} & \text{dismissing the regular ball application filed by the}\n\end{array}$ petitioner.

ITEM $NO.19$

3. In view of the above, we direct the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

4. In case the trial is not concluded within the period as stipulated above, the petitioner would be entitled to move a fresh application for bail before the trial court.

5. The Special Leave Petition is disposed of on the afore stated terms.
