UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Respondent nos. 27,29,43,45 to 47,49 and 52 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity to file the same ignamureNotVerifiedeclined. Registry to make specific mention of the fact $\bullet$ Hile placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

Respondent nos. 7,28,30 to 35, 39,48,53,54 and 75 have filed counter affidavit.

Respondent nos. 1 to 5,8,12,19 to 23,36,37,40 to 42, 56 to 59, 63 to 65 and 68 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity is declined.

Respondent nos. 24,25,66 and 67 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents but none has entered appearance.

It is submitted that application for impleadment has been filed. If so, process as per rules.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
