Civil Appeal Nos.3546 & 6033/2014

The office report is that the certificate of service of notice already issued to the unserved respondent No.1 in Civil Appeal No.3546 and the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 in Civil Appeal No.6033/14 has not been received from the Trial Court. A reminder shall be issued.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 seeks and is given four weeks time as last chance to file the counter affidavit.
